What You'll Do:
- Lead project meetings, drive action tracking, and ensure accountability across all stakeholders
- Develop RFPs/RFQs, manage bid processes, perform bid leveling, and support vendor selection
- Oversee and manage third-party consultants (cost estimating, benchmarking, scheduling)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, including estimating, scheduling, procurement, and design coordination
- Experience managing third-party consultants (design, cost estimating / benchmarking, scheduling)
