Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work with an assigned capture team to identify and develop solutions and estimate the resources required for both simple and complex projects.
- Prepare detailed and organized cost estimates using HCSS software and assist with other submittal documents.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Eight (8+) years of estimating experience in heavy-civil preferred or similar industries (geotechnical and/or environmental remediation fields).
- Scheduling software experience (Primavera/MS Project) and estimating software experience (Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS, or similar) are required.
