Senior Civil Estimator (Earthwork & Utilities)

About the Role:

• They are seeking a highly capable Senior Civil Estimator to take full ownership of the estimating function.
• This role will work directly with the company owner, transitioning from oversight to independent management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete estimating process for commercial earthwork and utility construction projects.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs using industry-standard estimating software.
• Develop complete project estimates and bid proposals.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering background preferred.
• Proven experience estimating U.S.-based commercial construction projects.
• Strong experience with commercial earthwork and utility construction estimating.
