Job Description:

• Perform construction dispute resolution, claims preparation, and forensic accounting.
• Quantify damages including loss of productivity, prolongation costs, and additional work.
• Prepare expert reports and presentations, manage client relations, and deliver on tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in construction and engineering industry with focus on claims and cost control.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or accounting.
• Professional license or certifications such as PE, CCP, or PMP.
