Scheduler - Construction Advisory

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, sequencing tasks and allocating resources to create realistic timelines.
• Monitor progress against schedules, update based on field data, and manage risks, including potential delays and resource shortages.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather inputs and generate progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value Management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, with knowledge of construction workflows and permitting timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize shifting deadlines.
