Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership with Sales during project development phase to own subcontractor installation pricing and determine strategy.
- Develop, host, and review all RFPs, establishing effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
- Source all third-party subcontractor quotes and review customer documents to ensure contract provisions are adequate.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years estimating experience in electrical industry or equivalent (Journeyman Electrician, Supervisor, etc.).
- Solid computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with estimating software like Procore, McCormick, Accubid, Bluebeam.
