About the Position:

• This role prepares detailed electrical construction cost estimates at various design stages to support owner budgeting and capital planning.
• Unlike traditional contractor estimating, this is a consultative position focused on accurate cost projections for client decision-making.
• The role is remote day-to-day but requires proximity to Parkton, Maryland for onboarding and periodic team meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents.
• Review drawings and specifications to develop detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify scope and identify cost impacts.
