Job Summary:
- You will prepare competitive bids and detailed cost estimates for commercial electrical and HVAC projects.
- You will work directly within client systems and collaborate with the team to ensure accuracy.
- You will align estimates with Maryland/Mid-Atlantic market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for electrical and HVAC scopes.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
- Research and apply current market pricing, labor costs, and material costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of U.S. estimating experience.
- Experience with commercial electrical and/or HVAC projects.
- Strong understanding of U.S. commercial construction practices.
