Role Overview:
- Contractor role to develop an advanced takeoff software training course for aspiring estimators and construction professionals.
- Provide subject matter expertise, engage with students, and answer technical questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop practical course content, software demonstrations, exercises, assessments, and answer keys.
- Create presentations and instructional videos to teach takeoff software workflows.
- Support learning and development of students with patient and constructive guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience with takeoff software like PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, On-Screen Takeoff, CostX, or STACK.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. construction standards and ability to interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work independently on a remote contractor setup.
