Lead the nationwide mobilization and execution of multiple construction projects across the Corporate Services portfolio. Responsible for developing and implementing the construction management program from the ground up—defining processes, establishing governance, identifying and deploying project management teams, and selecting tools and systems to drive operational excellence.
Responsible for managing the programming, planning, design, and execution of large/complex projects as assigned under the Facilities Services Project Management Office, in particular construction, renovations and infrastructure upgrades. This role involves planning projects from conception to completion, managing budgets and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders like architects and contractors, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
