Job Description
The Senior Project Manager - Facilities Planning is responsible for managing the programming, planning, design, and execution of large/complex projects as assigned under the Facilities Services Project Management Office, in particular construction, renovations and infrastructure upgrades. This role involves planning projects from conception to completion, managing budgets and timelines, collaborating with stakeholders like architects and contractors, and ensuring projects align with strategic goals, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager acts as a liaison between the client/users and all other project participants, including consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside jurisdictional agencies. This role is also responsible for planning, scheduling, assigning, and overseeing the work of project participants and other assigned resources.
