Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing team of project managers and support staff, aligning talent and resources with strategic business goals and client priorities. Own financial strategy and performance, developing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting models that optimize cost, mitigate risk, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as the strategic liaison between corporate leadership, clients, and field operations, ensuring all projects align with client vision, corporate standards, regulatory compliance, and safety excellence.
