About the Role:
- Shape our Workday testing strategy and processes.
- Build a robust, scalable, and repeatable testing framework.
- Focus on quality in Agile environments using cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test scenarios/scripts to validate product functionality.
- Perform functional, security, and regression testing of enhancement/incident-fix releases.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve application enhancement development, testing and deployment processes.
Required Skills:
- Workday functional experience in Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent/Performance Management and Security.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow case management system.
- Strong understanding of Agile testing practices and the four quadrants of testing.
