Deliver expert technical support across electro-mechanical systems and controls for critical baggage handling equipment. Work on proactive maintenance, fault-finding, and system optimization for smooth operations. Contribute to project implementations, provide tele-support, and mentor junior engineers.

• Research, design, and evaluate CPU microarchitectural components.
• Build and validate performance/functional models and run simulations.
• Propose, model, and prototype new mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance.

You will be working integrated in a multidisciplinary team together with System, ground and satellite equipment’s, VHDL, SW and HW engineers. Design and develop algorithms for quantum key distribution (QKD) tailored for satellite communication. Utilize Model-Based Design principles, specifically leveraging MathWorks tools such as Simulink and MATLAB for system modeling and simulation. Implement and test the algorithms in a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environment to validate their performance under realistic conditions.
