Business Development
Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of staff that lead and support proposals across the Federal portfolio.
- Partner with other Proposal Team Leads to develop and deliver internal training and coaching.
- Drive the incorporation of best practice, e.g. use of AI, standardized templates, campaigns, processes, etc.
Proposal Management and Writing:
- Lead large, complex, priority must-win pursuits from capture through to interview stage.
- Lead and contribute to the writing of proposal sections such as cover letters, executive summaries, past performance sections, management approaches, and resumes/staffing sections.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on proposals assigned to direct reports, demonstrating a solid understanding of the Federal proposal pipeline, internal business development strategies, capture planning, proposal efforts, and debriefs.
