Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal meetings and administrative tasks
  • Follow up on deliverables throughout the proposal process
  • Manage data calls for proposal support

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • One to two (1-2) years of experience managing proposals for Federal and/or DoD customers or five (5+) years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Foundation in Shipley Proposal Development and Business Development methodology preferred

Work Environment:

  • 100% remote with limited travel for high priority efforts and annual team meeting in Reston, VA
  • Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday
