Build and scale a powerful, multi-tier partner network to drive sustainable revenue growth in Germany.
Onboard, train, and enable partners to successfully market and implement RobCo solutions.
Develop and manage partner and end-customer projects together with partners throughout all phases of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close.
Design flagship automation concepts: Own complex, high-impact automation concepts from the first customer requirements through a complete concept package.
Set technical standards: Define and evolve best practices for automation concepts, including 3D design expectations, component/supplier selection logic.
Review & challenge concepts: Review concepts from other engineers, especially for complex or high-value deals, and actively challenge weak assumptions.
