Responsibilities:
- Strategic business development – Build and scale a powerful, multi-tier partner network to drive sustainable revenue growth in Germany.
- Partner enablement – Onboard, train, and enable partners to successfully market and implement RobCo solutions.
- Holistic partner management – Develop and manage partner and end-customer projects together with partners throughout all phases of the sales cycle, from initial engagement to close.
Requirements:
- Channel and sales experience: At least 5 years of experience in multi-tier business-to-business sales or channel management.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated success in building partner networks, acquiring new partners, and developing existing partner relationships.
- Entrepreneurial thinking: Strong entrepreneurial mindset, high numerical aptitude, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
