Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new partners.
  • Manage assigned partner relationships.
  • Support partners with estimating, pricing, and project strategy.

Develop and execute joint business plans:

  • Co-create partner-specific playbooks and annual business plans aligned to target markets and applications.
  • Drive execution against agreed actions, supporting partners here needed and holding them to account.
  • Work with marketing to provide technical sales collateral, case studies, energy models, pre-sales talking points, and proposal templates.

Assess partner performance and drive remediation:

  • Track partner KPIs against agreed targets.
  • Ensure partners uphold Aeroseal’s brand, quality, and customer experience standards.
  • Identify underperformance early and implement corrective action plans, including capability gaps, training, or commercial reset.
