Responsibilities:
- Perform and report on furnace audits and campaign life assessments.
- Develop detailed scopes of work and guide engineers during drawing production.
- Support on-site activities and ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Ceramic, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in glass furnace and refractory design.
- Strong knowledge of refractory materials, safety, and multinational environments.
Benefits:
- Salary range $120,000 - $140,000 with 10% STI.
