Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years experience in Engineering; Bachelor's preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Skills include product innovation, research and development, critical thinking, and analytical thinking.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $82,400-$111,500 USD per year.
- Eligible for Gain Sharing Program and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
- PTO and family leave: 11 paid holidays, 120 hours PTO, and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
