Job Summary:

  • Lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple programs.
  • Serve as engineering interface to program management, senior leadership, and the customer community.
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and take action to resolve operational problems.
  • Prepare engineering designs, work specifications, and develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree and 5-7 years experience in engineering discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and experience in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) software and project management software.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary range $102,000-$138,000, eligible for Gain Sharing Program.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, basic life insurance, 401k, and Non-Contributory Retirement Contribution.
  • 11 paid holidays, 120 hours PTO annually, and up to 3 weeks paid family leave.
