• Transform raw customer data into structured, high-fidelity datasets.
• Create data pipelines, labeling workflows, and reference models.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to understand model data requirements.

• Lead Design for Excellence (DFx) and champion DFx principles by engaging in design reviews.
• Take ownership of factory and line readiness for new product programs, managing activities from development to mass production.
• Drive the development and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for product introductions and process improvements.

The Manager Solutions Design supports the growth of our Supply Chain Solutions offering by designing and winning new business. Designs solutions that deliver financial value to Customers and help the pursuit team with shaping win plans consistent with our solution design. This role contributes to proposals that influence the customer’s decision to select Ryder and supports awarded business throughout the startup process.
