This role will define and lead the strategy, structure, and execution of 1st Avenue Power's global manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will be responsible for establishing and scaling our contract manufacturing partnerships, defining our global production footprint, and managing the full lifecycle of product ramp-up from sub-component sourcing through final assembly. Your work will be essential to delivering our solar and energy storage solutions at scale.

The Sr. Project Manager will manage and drive projects across the enterprise using project management expertise, data analytics, and engineering knowledge. This role involves collaboration with various teams to deploy CPS and other business transformation initiatives and develop project management capabilities, standardizing methodologies, tools, and processes, and fostering continuous improvement.
