Oversee and coordinate high-impact defense and maritime programs, focusing on the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies. Work closely with suppliers, stakeholders, and executive leadership to streamline manufacturing and optimize processes. Shape the adoption of advanced technologies, improve production outcomes, and contribute to national defense initiatives.

• Coordinate and lead on-site audits to evaluate conformance with Dow contractual requirements.
• Lead cross-functional project Teams with representation and involvement from various Businesses and Functions.
• Drive the metric development and reporting process to monitor performance and establish continuous improvement objectives.

Enable clients to implement and utilize QAD applications. Work independently on projects, reporting to a project manager. Provide services remotely, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Perform a range of activities required to enable the client to successfully implement and utilize QAD applications. Work independently or may lead other consultants on smaller projects. Usually executes activities decided by others without need of supervision. Implement mainly QAD ERP Manufacturing related modules but also other QAD solutions related to ERP like Production Execution or Automated Solutions.
