External Manufacturing (EM) Manager (EH&S Auditor, Project Manager and Operations Manager)

The role involves EH&S auditing, project management, and operations management within external manufacturing.

Responsibilities as EH&S Auditor:

• Conducting on-site audits to evaluate conformance with Dow contractual requirements.
• Reviewing and interpreting regulations and standards to evaluate compliance and risk.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize focus areas and establish corrective action plans.

Responsibilities as Project Manager:

• Leading project work process execution and ensuring implementation of key deliverables.
• Leading cross-functional project Teams with involvement from various Businesses and Functions.
• Facilitating the transfer of technology and ensuring the protection of Dow Intellectual Property.

Responsibilities as Operations Manager:

• Ensuring the supplier has full understanding of Dow performance expectations.
• Driving metric development and reporting to monitor performance.
• Leading the process to investigate and resolve supplier manufacturing issues.
