Support Ryder's Final Mile operations as DOT Compliance Coordinator. You'll process and onboard new carriers, maintain carrier records, and ensure DOT compliance. Audit background compliance and provide administrative support to the Compliance Team, along with helping the I-9 compliance program.

This position sits at the intersection of Human Resources and Business Leaders, shaping the employee experience and ensuring talent grows in meaningful ways. As Manager, HRBP, you'll contribute to and lead the execution of HR strategies, serving as an expert consultant to business leaders on talent matters like organizational effectiveness, leader effectiveness, and learning opportunities. You will proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive action, while coaching leaders on HR best practices.
