Serve as the primary communication link between our expert MDR analysts and our customers.

The Services Sales Engineer (SSE) role is a creative and outgoing, services pre–sales professional with a passion for technology evangelism and custom solution development as a contributor to business development efforts.
The SSE is experienced at both architecting and sizing the service elements required to enable the PANW platform and a seasoned presenter on how successful technology, blended with services, translates into business value.
The SSE will contribute to growing the PANW services business by working directly with customers, helping them to define the service requirements necessary to maximize the value from the technology investments.
Work across a number of proactive cyber security domains including Cloud Security, Security Operations, Cyber Risk Management and Artificial Intelligence in cyber security.
Deliver the best consulting outcomes for clients, as they work to address the challenges associated with today’s cyber threat landscape.
Perform cyber security consulting in at least two of the three domains above, with SME experience in one of the domains.
Serve as the primary technical leader for channel partners within the assigned region.
Provide technical pre-sales support to partners, including product presentations, demonstrations and solution architecture design.
Plan and drive detailed technical training sessions for partners, ensuring they are proficient in the company’s products, solutions, and integration processes.
Build and cultivate strong customer relationships, driving business growth within the region.
Partner with the core sales team to align customer strategies and engagements with Cortex and Cloud business objectives.
Take full ownership of leading strategic sales campaigns, sales forecasting, utilizing in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through procurement.
Perform reactive incident response functions including host-based analysis on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X systems.
Examine firewall, web, database, and other log sources to identify evidence of malicious activity.
Manage incident response engagements to scope work, guide clients through forensic investigations, contain security incidents, and provide guidance on longer term remediation.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales specialists to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous learning and a customer-centric approach within the sales team.
Engage in executive-level discussions with CIOs and CISOs in North America, translating complex cybersecurity solutions into clear business value propositions.
