Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Unit 42 executive team, sales, and service line leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy.
- Manage goals and milestones to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to drive new business, prepare comprehensive proposals, lead complex pitch meetings, and manage the practice to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clientele, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
- Increase awareness of Unit 42’s full capabilities.
Team Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and retain world-class talent across both DFIR and CRM disciplines.
- Manage team productivity through the attainment of utilization targets and create an operating rhythm that ensures the attainment of consulting goals.
Hands-on Delivery:
- Provide hands-on, expert-level services ranging from proactive cybersecurity assessments to incident response.
- Deliver findings effectively to CxO and Board of Directors.
