Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Unit 42 executive team, sales, and service line leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy.
  • Manage goals and milestones to achieve quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to drive new business, prepare comprehensive proposals, lead complex pitch meetings, and manage the practice to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationships:

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clientele, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs.
  • Increase awareness of Unit 42’s full capabilities.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain world-class talent across both DFIR and CRM disciplines.
  • Manage team productivity through the attainment of utilization targets and create an operating rhythm that ensures the attainment of consulting goals.

Hands-on Delivery:

  • Provide hands-on, expert-level services ranging from proactive cybersecurity assessments to incident response.
  • Deliver findings effectively to CxO and Board of Directors.
