- Recruit and hire new Solutions Consultants into the territory, hiring top industry talent.
- Train, mentor, and review employees, ensuring engagement and career success.
- Define and monitor individual development plans for team members.
Customer Engagement and Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical leadership in customer interactions, sharing security trends and methodologies.
- Present to customers as an expert, from technicians to CIOs, adapting to various levels.
- Discuss competitor products, positioning Palo Alto Networks as the best alternative.
Strategic Collaboration and Growth:
- Develop a technical strategy with the sales counterpart to accelerate growth.
- Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to build product features.
- Act as an escalation point, collaborating with pre-sales and post-sales teams.
