The Client Success Sr. Onboarding Program Manager is a leadership role with client-facing responsibilities integral in developing and scaling our client onboarding program, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through the onboarding phase and the transition to nurture. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and develop excellent relationships, driving product adoption and ensuring they achieve full business value. Partner with internal Saviynt teams to align product development and support activities with the customer's business case and strategy. Manage renewal pipeline including potential at-risk customers to remediate and ensure a successful renewal.
