Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years leading Professional Services or similar organizations.
- 5+ years managing people managers and senior consultants.
- Track record managing P&Ls over $15M annual run-rate.
- US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven delivery frameworks or predictive analytics.
- Deep technical familiarity with SASE, SSE, ZTNA, SWG.
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP.
- Experience developing new service offerings and partner-led programs.
