Role:
- This is a Remote (DC Metro Area) role reporting to the Federal Sales Engineering Director.
- You will direct Sales Engineering resources through the entire sales cycle while delivering technical leadership.
- You will serve as a key advisor to customers and develop team capability through coaching.

- Drive increased execution on building technical champions across our customer base.
- Lead the recruiting, training, and ongoing development of top engineering talent.
- Manage up to 8 individual contributors while driving technical wins.
