What You'll Do:
- Demonstrate effective people development in a rapidly evolving technical space.
- Assist in developing a technical sales strategy and executing against that plan.
- Act as an employee advocate focused on team and people development, demonstrating high EQ.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of management experience leading high-performing Sales Engineers selling into US Federal & Intelligence Accounts.
- 10+ years supporting sales of storage, networking, or systems solutions to large accounts and data centers.
- Deep understanding of US Government IT architecture and current storage technologies.
