About the Role:
- Provide senior leadership across integrated mission, IT, cyber, engineering, and operational support programs serving U.S. Navy customers.
- Oversee multiple mission portfolios with full P&L accountability and drive operational excellence and modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery and operational performance across assigned Navy mission portfolios, ensuring quality, schedule, staffing, cost, and customer satisfaction.
- Direct enterprise IT, cyber, engineering, mission support, and operational programs aligned to Navy and broader DoD mission requirements.
- Drive modernization initiatives involving secure enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, cybersecurity operations, and mission systems integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, cybersecurity, or related field with 10+ years of progressive leadership supporting Navy or national security environments.
- 10+ years managing large programs or portfolios with P&L responsibility.
- Active Top Secret clearance required to start.
