Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical program leadership across six workstreams to align AI inventory, risk management, and field operations.
  • Develop the AI center of excellence operational playbook and field partnership pilot support model.
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative assessment of pilot outcomes and program implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of program management experience across diverse IT projects.
  • Master's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Data Science, Informatics, Business, or related field.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated Tier 1/NACI background investigation.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success standing up an AI center of excellence or innovation pipeline in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and experience empowering high-performing Agile teams.
  • Executive presence and ability to brief senior government leadership on technical program status and risk.
