Provide overall program leadership, staffing oversight, and delivery accountability for Federal web services and information resources support task areas.
Serve as the primary client interface, facilitating status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions.
Manage Agile/Scrum and Kanban delivery practices, quality assurance, and corrective action planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience managing Federal IT, web services, or public health-related programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of PMBOK-aligned project management, risk management, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with Section 508, Federal web standards, Drupal/WCMS, and digital modernization concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or similar certification.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevSecOps, and ATO/security coordination.
Experience managing contracts with multiple task orders and subcontractors.
