Program Director

About the Role:

• As Program Director, you will drive strategic direction for CMS’s Unified Case Management modernization initiative.
• You will serve as the primary decision maker, managing client relationships and leading delivery teams to success.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of program performance: technical, contractual, administrative, and financial.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, advising on strategic vision and translating client vision into outcomes.
• Oversee contractual obligations, subcontractor output, and identify risks with mitigation strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience, including 5+ years managing technology service delivery.
• 3+ years in Agile Software Development and 5+ years in a leadership role in a client services organization.
• Demonstrated experience selling in a client services environment and working knowledge of Federal Contract execution.
