Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful execution of complex technical assistance contracts, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are completed on time.
- Design and implement a centralized technical assistance delivery model including governance, intake, triage, and operational workflows.
- Direct cross-functional collaboration across program management, service delivery, and reporting teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8–10+ years leading complex programs or service delivery operations with measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder programs and leading cross-functional teams.
