Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee quality monitoring initiatives across multi-channel crisis and support services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks, operational audits, and reporting processes.
- Drive quality enhancement efforts and integrate AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Healthcare, Public Health, or related field.
- 5–10 years of leadership experience in quality improvement, compliance, or performance management.
- Strong background in data analysis and translating complex information into strategic recommendations.
