Job Description

The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for new partner evaluation and vetting, support and assistance through the onboarding process and job board experience, and setting partners up for a productive relationship with Xometry. They will leverage interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to set partners up for success and contribute to the health of the Partner Network. Responsibilities include running virtual shop evaluations, resolving partner requests, recording evaluation results, and utilizing Google Sheets and the Onboarding Staff App for accurate tracking. The role also involves creating an enthusiastic atmosphere for new partners, verifying partner addresses, and recommending impressive partners to Sourcing teams. Additional responsibilities as required.
