The Real Estate Specialist will review property survey data to narrow down property options towards site selection for new DashMart locations, working closely with internal real estate teammates, real estate brokers and the DashMart launch team, ensuring data accuracy and guiding decision making on which properties to lease.

Analyze logistics data and key performance metrics to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Monitor and optimize transportation, distribution, and warehousing processes. Identify and resolve logistics and supply chain inefficiencies through data analysis and process improvements.

Drive end-to-end activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live. Coordinate cross-functional teams during the implementation, configure Commure solutions, and design dashboards using Retool to support client implementations. This role involves nurturing C-level relationships and driving continuous improvement of implementation processes.
