You will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are optimally positioned to meet rider demand, maximizing vehicle availability and minimizing rider wait times. As a Street Ops Program Manager, you will be the expert in the intersection of data, product and processes improvement, developing and implementing best in-class solutions, ensuring operational excellence, supporting our core business growth, creating and sharing best practices in synergy with Local Operations and our Tech Teams.

You will be responsible for picking goods and packing shipping packages. You will take care of loading and unloading motor vehicles. You will process returns and ensure order in the warehouse. You will also be responsible for inventories, counting orders, etc. in your daily business.

The Director, Logistics will provide leadership and support in the development of the global logistics organization on both strategic and tactical levels. The role involves project identification, portfolio management, and project management to maximize value to Promethean. Responsible for ensuring the logistics team manages the timely, efficient and cost-effective transfer of products from manufacturing sites and to customers.

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Third Party Supplier Manager to own the selection, onboarding and performance of third-party logistics providers across multiple international markets, working closely with the International Expansion team to identify future launch territories, negotiate supplier contracts and ensure seamless integration across operations, systems and customer experience.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations—from sourcing to delivery. Act as the main point of contact with factories and suppliers in India and China, including resolving issues such as incorrect box sizes or packaging specs. Manage relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners; coordinate container building and dispatch schedules.
