The Dispatcher Service is responsible for planning on-site assignments at Bruker customers in Central Europe (DE, AT, CH, NL, CZ, PL) with a focus on the product lines of mass spectrometry LSMS and AMS, planning the assignment dates in consultation with the customers for all Life Science and Applied Market - Mass spectrometers

You will be responsible for overseeing operations and leading daily dispatch, ensuring that freight is safely processed, prepared for delivery, and shipped to our customers. You will monitor and report on KPIs and operational performance, implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.

The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in managing the movement of goods and inventory across our supply chain balancing logistics operations with customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing cross-border logistics, vendor relations, and compliance requirements. They will need to maintain excellent communication.
