About the Role:
- You'll lead commercial manufacturing and packaging, with a focus on packaging and ex-US supply.
- You'll build and scale the capability as the commercial expansion grows.
Responsibilities:
- Own commercial packaging engineering, including primary, secondary, and serialized packaging, from design to steady-state supply.
- Manage CMOs and packaging partners across international markets to meet demand, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee serialization and track-and-trace compliance (e.g., EU FMD, DSCSA), artwork management, and packaging validation.
