New Commercialization Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product commercialization activities within Supply Chain, acting as the primary link between Packaging and Regulatory teams.
• Own the Change Control strategy and coordinate cross-functional impact assessments with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Packaging.
• Support the implementation of a Product Variation Management process and maintain traceability between variations, change controls, and artwork updates.

Where You’ll Work:

• This is a remote role based in the Netherlands, with approximately 5% travel anticipated.
• You will be part of a global biotech company with offices in San Francisco and Zug, Switzerland.
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across countries who move quickly and take ownership.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of Supply Chain/Project Management experience in Life Sciences.
• You have demonstrated experience with Change and Variation Management in a regulated environment.
• You are fluent in English and possess strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
