Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program-level leadership and operational oversight for assigned FSP activities to ensure contracted deliverables are met.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, coordinating project communication, issue escalation, and resolution tracking.
  • Monitor project risks, quality trends, and operational gaps, developing mitigation or corrective action plans as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field, plus 3-5 years of clinical research experience with project oversight.
  • Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial systems like EDC, eTMF, and CTMS.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.
