The Clinical Field Manager manages the field support team and works alongside the Clinical Project Managers to support the respective clinical trials. They develop and apply best practices in project execution while actively participating in cross-functional project teams, representing clinical operations.

The In-House CRA coordinates aspects of clinical monitoring and site management in accordance with ICH Good Clinical Practices, FDA/MHRA/EMA guidelines, local regulations and WEP Clinical Standard Operating Procedures, providing operational support to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of clinical site monitoring and regulatory requirements as well as manages required documentation.
