Commercialization Analyst

Role Overview:

• Support the successful execution of innovation, product maintenance, graphics refresh, and cost savings initiatives across the finished goods portfolio.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, track milestones, and manage timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional team to execute commercialization launch of new or modified products.
• Ensure material specifications and master data workflows are initiated and completed to project timelines.
• Collaborate with Commercialization Project Manager to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years experience in R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related functions.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $63,000 - $94,400 annually.
