The Opportunity:
- Lead end-to-end operational projects, from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholders remain aligned.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Operations, Product Development, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
What you bring to the table:
- 4–7 years of experience in project management, operations, supply chain, or consulting within a high-growth business.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to coordinate across teams and leadership levels.
Salary and Total Rewards:
- Annual salary range: $90,000–$120,000.
- Performance bonus, 3 weeks paid vacation, 5 flex days, health benefits.
