THE ROLE:
- Plan, organize, and drive execution across marketing initiatives from product launches to national activations.
- Build processes that keep projects on track while ensuring deadlines and budgets are respected.
- Partner closely with Creative, Growth, Sales, and Executive Leadership to deliver world-class results.

- Process-oriented and passionate about creating scalable systems and SOPs.
- Strong communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and holds people accountable to deadlines.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own project timelines across marketing, coordinate work across teams, and identify risks early.
- Build and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency, eliminate bottlenecks, and streamline execution.
- Manage creative requests, product launches, event logistics, and budget tracking.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4–7+ years of project management or marketing operations experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and multiple high-priority projects.
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
